Q - How long before I receive my Shed from Cheap Sheds Direct?
A - Normally within 7 days, but at busy periods we guarantee 28 days. View the 'Delivery' page for an estimate of current delivery times. We confirm your actual date by e-mail when we recieve your order.
Q - How do I order my Shed from Cheap Sheds?
A - We strongly recommend you use our simple and secure online payment system to order your shed from the comfort of your own home. It’s quick, easy and safe, and remember – our team are on hand during office hours if you need to ask anything.

Q - How secure will my shed be?
A - For extra security the hinges on our sheds are fitted with anti theft square drive screws as standard. We also offer the option of 40mm Padlocks, 140db Door Alarms and cable locks.
Q - How can I pay?
A - The following payment options are available:
- Online by Credit/Debit card via our secure payment provider ‘Pay Pal’.
- Using your Pay Pal Account.
- By Telephone using your Credit/Debit Card. For the safety of our delivery teams we do not accept payment on delivery.
Q - Is my shed Guaranteed?
A - Yes. Every shed comes with a 12 month guarantee.
Q - What timber do you use?
A - We use only FSC or PEFC certified timber from sustainable sources. The Tongue and Groove timber is 12mm white/redwood and the OSB is 9mm OSB3. We import our timber in bulk from Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Russia, Canada, and Europe so you get the best possible prices.
Q - What is OSB?
A - OSB or Oriented Strand Board is a European certified construction sheet. A type of ply board it has been used in the construction of garden sheds for many years. OSB should be treated with a preservative like any other timber.
Q - The area where I want to place my shed isn’t level, What can I do?
